Bridge Road Thiolized Hazy Pale

Thiolized Hazy Pale was brewed with a thiol-releasing yeast from America’s White Labs called Tropicale Blend (don’t worry Border Force; it’s not the GMO kind). To free those thiols, Bridge Road picked Nectaron, Centennial, Mosaic and El Dorado for a tropical charge so intense, maybe Border Force should actually be worried.
