Galleon Cold IPA ain't swampy, but it does glimmer gold and give off a huge stank of super ripe mango, stonefruit and pineapple aplenty. An addition of rice malt lightens the body, letting the Riwaka, Nectaron and Idaho 7 hops shine all bright and fresh on the palate before easing into a bitterness that's a bit earthy, a bit dank, a bit herbal and bit boozy.
