Made with malts from the Mediterranean, the beer was given plenty of time to lager away, while the hops - Loral, Saaz, Ekuanot, and Motueka - were added at various stages during the fermentation. The beautifully clear beer brings bready, dry biscuit flavours, while the hops are a mix of floral and stone fruit with a melon character that's so fruity it could just as easily stem from a stick of bubblegum over a farm.
