It makes sense to start with Shouting Into The Void as a black IPA feels a little like a transitional style bridging autumn and winter. The darkest of chocolate and dense molasses morph hops that might in other company be predominantly citrusy – Simcoe, Citra, Motueka, and Amarillo – into something rather more minty and herbaceous.
