The beer is Peruvian Groovin, for which head brewer Matty Thiele did some research into what would make for a suitably groovy Peruvian beer and came up with a pretty damn hoppy golden lager. It opens with wafts of floral and spicy straw aromas and finishes with a sizeable, broadly bitter finish in the same ilk courtesy of a hefty dose of Saaz.
