Virgil Gamache Farms Inc. (VGF) is a fifth generation hop farm located in Washington State’s Yakima Valley. Known for its primary brand Amarillo® and progressive growing practices, it holds a unique place in the global hop growing industry as a varietal manager.
Currently managed by brothers Andy and Darren Gamache, the operation supplies clients with multiple terroir and harvest timing variations via its one of a kind QC laboratory HopTechnic®. Working with growers on both the North American and European continents has provided VGF clients with consistency, supply stability, as well as a much appreciated local presence.
